The minimum contract period is 1 month, and up to 12 months.
Yes, we kindly ask you to provide a photo ID (passport, residence permit, my number card) and proof of employment or school enrollment.
We understand there are situations when you may need to move out before the contract ends.
The tenant must give 1-month notice in advance by email. Immediate termination will incur a penalty.
If you wish to stay longer than the contract period, please contact Lohus as quickly as possible. Please note that lease period following the current contract is subject to availability and rent variation.
The tenant must be over 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult.
Yes, the rent includes fair usage of electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi service. Please refer to the contract for specific usage allowance for each unit.
We accept major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club and Discover.
Other methods including Cash, Bank transfer, and Paypal is also available.
We will conduct a move-out inspection when the lease agreement expires or when the tenant serves a notice to vacate. We will return the full amount of deposit if the result of inspection meets the criteria. However, when additional cleaning including but not limited to stains, odors, disposal of personal items left behind, or restoration is necessary, the induced cost will be deducted from deposit. Should the cost of cleaning or restoration exceed the security deposit received, no balance will be refunded, and the difference will be charged.
Once the move-out inspection is done, we will return your deposit within 3-7 business days.

Sorry, pets are not allowed in the unit due to building regulations and to ensure the comfort of all residents.
