9. Timing of Contract Conclusion / 契約の成立時期:

The contract is considered concluded upon completion of the electronic signature by the customer.

当方より電子契約書を送付し、お客様が署名・押印（電子署名含む）した時点で契約成立とします。

Internet access and a PDF viewer are required to use the electronic contract.

電子契約書をご利用いただくには、インターネット接続環境およびPDF閲覧ソフトが必要です。

11. Cancellations & Refunds Policy / 中途解約・返金について:

A cancellation fee may apply after the contract is concluded.
契約成立後のキャンセルには、所定のキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。
No refund will be given for early termination after the rental period has begun.
利用開始後の途中解約による返金には原則として応じかねます。

Service will commence from the agreed contract start date. Details are specified in the rental contract.

契約開始日より提供開始。詳細は賃貸契約書に記載。
